Job Profile: We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Executive who can devote their full time and energy to achieve the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission. Responsibilities: (a) Identify and collection of requests through various department for new employee requirements. (b) Maintain employee life cycle till full & final settlement. (c) Maintain internal employee database with all related Documents. (d) Prepare advance and salary with loan and other record. (e) Co-ordination with contractor for labor supply and other compliances. (f) Design and execute the HR policy. (g) Licensing with consultant for compliances. (h) Monitoring premises housekeeping & maintenance by coordinating admin team. (i) Prepare all registers and compliances related to factory act & Labor act. Co-ordination for any legal certification or documentation related to manufacturing site. (j) Hiring Knowledge: candidate having expertise in recruitment and selection of labor staff and technical persons and with know-how of hiring other executive positions will be given more preference. Required skill: (a) Basic knowledge & Skills of labor laws (b) Leadership quality and Decision Making (c) Interpersonal skill and proficient in Gujarati, Hindi and English (d) Proven experience in HR profile of 3 years Functional Area: Human Resources Education: Any Bachelor degree or degree in human resource Key Skills: HR Management, Payroll, Compliances, Training and development, PMS -- FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED -- Job Type: Full-time Salary: 918,000.00 - 928,000.00 per month Benefits:
