proactive and responsible HR Executive

to join our team.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role (preferably in a factory or industrial setup) Strong knowledge of

HR documentation

, compliance, and employee record maintenance Ability to

track daily attendance

, maintain registers, and issue

warnings/notices

as per policy Good communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities:

Maintain all HR and statutory documentation for factory staff Monitor daily attendance and punctuality Issue warnings or disciplinary notices when required Support with payroll inputs and basic compliance
