HR Executive for a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and solder product factory in Vadodara is a vital link between specialized technical manpower and the evolving industrial regulations of Gujarat. This role requires a blend of core HR operations and industry-specific knowledge of electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment & Staffing:
Sourcing and hiring specialized talent, including PCB Soldering Technicians, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operators, and Hardware Engineers.
Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar engineers and blue-collar shop floor workers.
2025 Gujarat Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to the Factories (Gujarat Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, which includes managing revised daily work limits (up to 12 hours) and increased quarterly overtime caps (up to 125 hours).
Implementing strict safety and transport protocols for women working night shifts as per the 2025 legal updates.
Managing monthly filings for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
Payroll & Time Office Management:
Overseeing daily attendance and biometric records using software like Matrix Cosec.
Processing complex payroll inputs including overtime (at twice the ordinary rate as per 2025 norms), shift differentials, and performance bonuses.
Training & Quality Standards:
Coordinating technical training programs, specifically for industry-standard certifications like IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) for operators and inspectors.
Facilitating safety audits required under the Gujarat Factories (Occupational Health and Safety Audit) Rules, 2025.
Employee Relations & Industrial Harmony:
Handling grievances and maintaining a positive work culture in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Managing contract labor agencies and ensuring their legal compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Work (BSW/MSW); an MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing unit, ideally within the electronics or solder products sector.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS tools, and payroll software like RazorpayX Payroll or specialized factory attendance systems.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of PCB assembly processes and IPC quality classes (Class 1, 2, or 3) is a strong advantage.
