Oversee Human Resources Staff and Hiring Process Assess Training Needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Manage Employees Grievances, coordinate with higher authority. oversee daily operation of HR department Coordinate with Management regarding joining and exit formalities Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management. Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future. Work according to company policy and standards.
