The HR Executive is responsible for implementing and managing human resource functions that support. Organizational growth and employee well-being. Their primary objective is to streamline HR processes,enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to a productive workenvironment. By overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration, the HR Executive helps align the workforce with business goals, fostering a culture of efficiency, motivation, and professional development.

Recruitment & Onboarding Employee Relations & Engagement Performance Management & Appraisal Payroll & Benefits Administration Training & Development HR Compliance & Policy Implementation HR Administration & Reporting Workplace Safety & Compliance Exit Management Documentation

Skills Required:



Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills. Recruitment & Selection of Employees Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically. Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions. Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education : MBA with Specialization in HR/ Any Degree
