About the Role

We are looking for a

Human Resource Executive

to join our team in Noida (Sector 63). This is a

permanent, entry-level role

designed for

freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

who are eager to build a long-term career in HR.

Although the selected candidate will undergo a

structured 3-month learning and familiarization phase

, this is

not an internship

. It is a

full-time permanent opportunity

offering hands-on exposure, mentorship, and strong career growth in Human Resources.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, committed, and ready to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, coordination, follow-ups) Support HR operations including employee records and documentation Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities Assist in HR compliance and internal processes Maintain HR databases and MIS reports Support daily HR administrative tasks Learn HR best practices under guidance and supervision

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or candidates with

maximum 6 months of HR-related experience

Immediate joiners only

Must be willing to work

full-time from the office

Candidates must be able to

commute daily to Noida Sector 63

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
