Pupa Clic is looking for an

enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive

to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about

people operations, recruitment, and company culture

to start their HR career with hands-on exposure in a fast-paced tech environment.

You'll assist in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks while helping us maintain a vibrant, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

Support the

end-to-end recruitment process

- job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordination. Assist in

employee onboarding and documentation

. Maintain and update

HR records, attendance, and leave management

. Support

employee engagement activities, events, and culture programs

. Assist in

policy communication, performance tracking, and internal communication

. Provide general

HR and admin support

for daily operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

0-1 year of experience

(Freshers are welcome to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Enthusiastic about

team culture, employee engagement
