employee grievances, resolving workplace conflicts, and managing PF or policy-related queries

This is a dedicated Employee Relations role
, with no involvement in recruitment, onboarding, or payroll.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, grievance handling, or HR generalist responsibilities
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and basic HR policies
Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining trackers and generating reports
A calm, solution-oriented, and confidential approach to handling sensitive situations
