Job Summary
The HR Executive - Employee Engagement & L&D is responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and managing learning and development programs to enhance employee capability, motivation, and retention. The role supports building a positive workplace culture and continuous learning environment aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, town halls, celebrations, surveys, wellness initiatives).
Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to recommend action plans.
Drive initiatives to improve employee morale, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee connection and alignment.
Coordinate recognition and rewards programs.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance, and feedback.
Track training effectiveness and prepare L&D reports and dashboards.
Support leadership development and onboarding programs.
HR Support & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and training data.
Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and policy communication.
