Job Summary:

We're seeking an HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry to manage our HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth

2. Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes

3. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies

4. Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

6. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT industry

2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

5. Experience with HR software, including HRIS and recruitment platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with IT industry-specific HR challenges and trends

2. Knowledge of data analytics and HR metrics

3. Experience with organizational development and change management

4. Certification in talent management, employee engagement, or a related field

5. Experience with global HR operations and cultural diversity
