Position: HR Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles using job portals, social media, and other platforms.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.

Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing.

2. Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation sessions.

Prepare and manage employment contracts and policies.

3. Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement engagement activities to promote a positive remote work culture.

Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

4. HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

Prepare and manage HR-related reports, such as attendance and performance.

Assist in payroll and benefits administration.

5. Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

6. Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate virtual training sessions.

Support career development initiatives for employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
