Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical staff.
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, hospital standards, and statutory requirements (ESIC, PF, etc.).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and daily HR support.
Maintain HR databases, MIS reports, and employee files.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
