The HR Executive is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and exit procedures. The primary goal is to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring all practices align with current labor laws and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end hiring, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting orientations.
Employee Relations:
Act as a neutral mediator to resolve grievances and workplace conflicts.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies (e.g., leave, code of conduct) to ensure compliance with 2026 labor regulations.
Performance Management:
Coordinate annual review cycles, set measurable KPIs, and manage performance improvement plans.
Payroll & Benefits:
Administer compensation packages, monitor attendance, and oversee timely salary disbursement.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs to support employee career paths.
HR Analytics:
Maintain accurate employee databases (HRIS) and generate reports on metrics like turnover and retention for management.
