Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring for digital roles (performance marketers, designers, content creators, operations staff, interns, etc.)
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and employee induction
Maintain attendance, leave records, HR files, and employee databases
Support performance reviews, appraisals, and incentive tracking
Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines suitable for a startup & digital workspace
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, engagement, and workplace culture
Support team bonding, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives
Office Administration Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, content, and management)
Handle vendor coordination (couriers, service providers, office supplies, freelancers, etc.)
Maintain office inventory, assets, and basic compliance records
Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
Assist founders with coordination, reporting, and operational support
Support campaign timelines, team coordination, and administrative tasks during launches or sales periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
