to manage the daily operations of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be the go-to person for employee-related issues, recruitment, payroll assistance, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate is a people-person with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews with department heads.
Manage the entire candidate database and ensure a smooth interview process.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and background verifications are completed.
Handle exit interviews and manage the full and final settlement (F&F) process for resigning employees.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave data, and personal files) in both digital and physical formats.
Assist in the processing of monthly payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Handle employee grievances and queries promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
Enforce and update company policies (e.g., Leave Policy, Code of Conduct).
4. Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team outings, and birthday/festival celebrations.
Foster a healthy organizational culture and promote employee motivation.
5. Performance Management:
Assist in the annual or bi-annual performance appraisal process.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain appraisal records.
Skills And Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
High level of confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and empathy.
