Mody University of Science & Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Recruiter
to be based in
Delhi
. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions and strengthening talent pipelines from the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for faculty, administrative, and support roles
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain strong candidate communication and a positive hiring experience
Coordinate with university departments and HR for hiring requirements
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate documentation
Assist with offer rollouts, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in academic, institutional, or corporate hiring preferred
Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Knowledge of recruitment best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
