Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Share timely updates and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, if required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Sound understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and job portals.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

1 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment
