HR recruitment, operations, and administrative functions
. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR processes and capable of managing daily HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations
Handle employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, exits)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
HR Administration
Manage office administration and employee coordination
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and basic facilities management
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, and Administration
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good knowledge of HRMS
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience working in a mid-sized organization
