Handle HR compliance activities such as leave records, and statutory documentation.
Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries and grievances while promoting a positive work culture.
Maintain employee records, support HR policy implementation, and coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
Support compensation and benefits administration with statutory compliance.
Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics using Excel to provide actionable insights.
