The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role supports a positive work culture and ensures effective HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities including full & final settlement and exit interviews.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
Good knowledge of HR Executive with solid experience in payroll management, ECR generation, and statutory compliances. Possesses strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements. Skilled in end-to-end payroll processing, employee data management, compliance audits, and coordination with government portals. Known for accuracy, confidentiality, and timely compliance execution. Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Maintain HR data in Excel effectively, and use advanced Excel features for accuracy, tracking, and reporting. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
