Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional to oversee end-to-end human resource functions, foster employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance as per labor laws Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution Coordinate training, development, and appraisal cycles Ensure smooth exit management, including full & final settlements Maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate with basic knowledge of Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline 2-6 years of experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
