Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, compliance, and internal coordination while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
Coordinate employee exits, full & final settlements, and handover processes
HR Administration
Draft and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support payroll inputs, incentives, and compliance-related data
Employee Engagement
Assist in performance review processes
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Maintain discipline, decorum, and professional conduct in the organization
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Coordinate with management and department heads for HR matters
Support audits and internal reviews as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR / Business Administration / Management
2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment for technical or corporate roles
Knowledge of HR compliance and basic labor laws
Experience with HRMS or attendance systems
