Manage end-to-end hiring process: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial HR rounds and support in closing open positions on time.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Track daily attendance, leaves, and maintain accurate records.
Share monthly attendance reports with the payroll team.
Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
4. HR Operations & Policies
Support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Assist in drafting HR letters such as confirmations, transfers, warnings, etc.
Handle employee queries with professionalism.
5. Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training programs, and events.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR MIS reports and submit them on time.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR.
1-4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
