Handle end-to-end recruitment for production, designing, sales, and admin roles.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Oversee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and monthly HR reports.
Manage employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and compliance activities.
Ensure HR policies and company rules are communicated to all employees.
Support employee engagement programs and grievance handling.
Maintain coordination between HR, management, and different departments.
