Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).
Maintain a database of potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining of new employees.
Handle PF & ESIC registrations, monthly filings, challans, and employee updates.
Ensure timely processing of statutory payments and maintain related documentation.
Manage Bonus calculations as per statutory guidelines.
Maintain leave records (CL/EL/SL) and ensure compliance with company policy and labor laws.
Oversee maintenance of employee personal files and HR records.
Keep updated with changes in statutory regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
