Goin' My Way Travels is a growing travel company dedicated to delivering seamless, customized travel experiences for our clients. We pride ourselves on our young, energetic, and collaborative work culture. We are now looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our expanding team.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and able to handle HR responsibilities professionally while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various positions.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR database.
HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
Address basic employee concerns and maintain workplace harmony.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure HR processes adhere to company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR operations preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a travel industry setup.
