The HR Executive will be responsible for managing key human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes, supports organizational development, and contributes to creating a positive work culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Create and update job descriptions, post job ads, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Organize employee induction programs and ensure seamless onboarding.
Process employee exits including documentation, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
5. Performance Management
Assist in executing appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback discussions.
Track employee performance issues and support corrective actions.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain compliance documents and support audits.
Update HR policies as needed.
