Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Support performance management processes and employee evaluations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leaves, etc. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/admin when needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Assist in learning & development initiatives and internal training coordination. Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role. Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.) Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
