1. Recruitment & Selection ? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding. ? Lead bulk hiring initiatives to fulfill staffing needs across departments. ? Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements. 2. HR Compliance ? Handle PF & ESIC responsibilities including maintaining leave records, employee onboarding/offboarding records, and generating monthly challans. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies. 3. Employee Relations ? Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. ? Address grievances professionally and timely. ? Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement. 4. HR Administration ? Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. ? Assist in creating and updating HR policies. ? Collaborate with other departments to support seamless HR operations. 5. Performance Management ? Support the performance appraisal process including evaluations and feedback sessions. ? Help managers in handling performance issues and development planning.
