Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR files.
Draft and update HR policies, letters, and official documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Monitor employee satisfaction and support grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports (recruitment status, headcount, attrition, etc.) for management.
Work closely with all departments to maintain synergy and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Freshers with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of basic HR processes, recruitment tools, and MS Office.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
