Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT hiring .
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct HR rounds and manage onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee data, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support day-to-day operations and employee queries.
Assist in induction and engagement activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of
IT and Non- IT recruitment
experience.
Basic HR operations knowledge.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Experience with job portals and MS Excel.
Candidate must be an
immediate
