The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
