1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, exits, and internal changes.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Track attendance, leaves, and late entries.
Assist in payroll processing and maintain salary records.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and workplace issues.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Update HR manuals and communicate policy changes to staff.
6. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews and complete full-and-final settlements.
Collect feedback and analyze exit trends for retention improvements.
7. Training & Development Support
Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
Maintain training records and monitor progress.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
