We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in
Non-IT domains
, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- from sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to final selection and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly hiring status updates.
Experience in
Non-IT hiring
(Sales, Marketing, Operations etc.) will be a strong advantage.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct employee inductions and orientation sessions.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
3. HR Operations & Employee Relations:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, policy implementation, and grievance handling.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
