Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
-- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage
onboarding and induction
processes for new hires.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support
payroll preparation
and HR documentation.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
and team-building events.
Address employee queries and support in conflict resolution.
Assist in implementing
HR policies
and performance management systems.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
