We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR duties, with a strong focus on supporting a high paced lending environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Credit Managers, Collection executive, Branch Staff etc.
Conduct interviews, screening, and reference checks.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and financial services regulations.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Monitor and manage attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and performance feedback sessions.
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate training for employees on compliance, customer service, and collections.
Identify skill gaps and support initiatives for upskilling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in financial services, lending, or banking.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software
Ability to handle confidential information
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
