Description:

The HR Executive is responsible for leading and managing the HR functions to support the organization's

strategic goals.

This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance,

and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing :
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Joining and relieving formalities

- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and suggestions

- Promote a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing employee engagement

initiatives

Performance Management system
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is conducted fairly and consistently

? ?Handling time management activities



? ?Ensure compliances adhere



? ?Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.



- Ensure the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations

- Manage employee records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and securely stored.

? ?Oversee the administration of compensation programs including salary reviews, and other benefits.



- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
