- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Joining and relieving formalities
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and suggestions
- Promote a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing employee engagement
initiatives
Performance Management system
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is conducted fairly and consistently
