We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR functions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle onboarding formalities.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Address day-to-day employee queries professionally.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
3. Payroll & Compliance Coordination:
Collate attendance data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
4. HR Administration:
Maintain HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records.
Draft HR letters, memos, and maintain personal files.
Support in policy implementation and HR audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and operations).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Knowledge of basic labour laws and compliance will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
