We are seeking a
HR Executive
to support recruitment, employee engagement, and operational HR activities across our hostel properties. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional eager to grow in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
Role Overview
The
HR Executive
will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for hostel staff, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of hostel staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and coordination with accounts.
Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
Serve as a point of contact for staff queries and grievances.
Collaborate with hostel managers and operations teams to maintain smooth workforce operations.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
2-4 years of experience
in HR operations (hospitality/hostel experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Flexible and able to work across multiple properties in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
