We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team at Special You. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and assisting in building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
2.Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, work anniversaries, team events).
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Support in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance & Training
Assist in performance management processes.
Support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
5. HR Projects
Support HR Manager in implementing new policies, initiatives, and process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in HR (E-commerce/retail industry experience preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
