Job Opening: HR Executive + Content Writer & Social Media Manager

dynamic HR Executive

who can not only manage essential HR functions but also contribute creatively as a

content writer and social media manager

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, employee onboarding, and documentation. Maintain attendance, payroll assistance, and compliance records. Address employee queries, support engagement activities, and manage HR operations.

Content & Social Media Responsibilities:

Write engaging content for job posts, company updates, and brand storytelling. Generate fresh ideas for

promotional campaigns, ads, and video concepts

. Plan and oversee the creation of

Instagram reels, social media posts, and short-form videos

. Collaborate with the creative/design (cinematographer + editor) team to bring campaigns to life. Track performance of social media content and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in

HR operations

(recruitment, onboarding, compliance). Strong writing skills in English (creative + professional). Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram Reels & short-form content. Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative thinking. Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
