We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will support the HR department in all administrative and HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding
2.
Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and files
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Support payroll processing by providing required data
3.
Employee Engagement & Communication
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities
Communicate HR policies and updates to staff
Be the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.
4.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
5.
Performance Management
Assist in performance review process coordination
Maintain documentation and support managers with review feedback cycles
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years of experience in HR roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS tools is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
