Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare recruitment plans.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (Job portals Work India, Naukri etc)
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview processes, follow up with candidates, and manage offers.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction, orientation).
2. HR MIS Management
Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information.
Prepare regular HR reports such as attendance, joining status, weekly recruitment status etc.
3. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in HR activities like employee engagement programs, training coordination, and grievance handling.
Support payroll team with attendance and leave management data.
Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment.
Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR MIS management (preferred).
