Assist in posting job openings on various job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Manage new employee onboarding process including induction and documentation. Employee Records & HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS system regularly.
Handle attendance, leave management, and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing inputs.
Support in performance appraisal documentation. Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and being followed.
Maintain statutory records such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Employee Engagement:
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Support in maintaining a positive work culture.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, leave, etc.).
Maintain HR dashboards for internal review.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
