Job Description

The HR Executive cum Learning & Development (L&D) role is a dual-function position responsible for supporting core HR operations while driving the organization's training and development initiatives. The candidate will be instrumental in enhancing employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Handle employee grievances, queries, and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Support HR policy formulation, implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Facilitate exit interviews and clearance processes for departing employees.

2. Learning & Development (L&D):



Identify training needs across the organization by conducting training needs analysis (TNA). Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and sessions for employees. Coordinate with external training providers or subject matter experts for specialized sessions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and impact analysis. Create a learning culture by promoting online learning platforms and knowledge-sharing sessions.

3. Employee Engagement:



Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to improve organizational morale. Conduct surveys and feedback mechanisms to understand employee needs and satisfaction. Assist in organizing rewards and recognition programs.

4. Performance Management:



Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems. Assist managers in setting KPIs and provide feedback training for team members. Analyze appraisal data to identify gaps and recommend development plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development functions. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and training methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in Training & Development (e.g., ISTD, ATD) or HR-related courses. Experience in conducting soft skills or technical training sessions. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
