Job Description

We are a growing organization looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Support in payroll preparation and statutory compliance. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Handle employee grievances, queries, and support employee engagement activities. Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (Fresher with internship experience can also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and MS Office. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
