HR Officer - Rankson Incorporation
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Officer who can recruit, support, and develop talent through effective HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
Provide guidance and counselling to employees on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
Handle Non-IT hiring end-to-end, including job description creation, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs to attract fresh talent.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans, including offer letters, LOIs, and induction programs.
Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback systems.
Support disciplinary, grievance, and conflict-resolution processes in line with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, compliance, and other HR documentation).
Ensure employment and workplace practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar HR role.
Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment and campus hiring strategies.
Knowledge of core HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, compliance).
Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
High ethical standards, reliability, and a people-first approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, etc., are a plus).
