3. Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
2 years experience in the field.
Prior experience in a professional services firm (CA, CS, Law firm) preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS software knowledge is an advantage.
Personality Fit:
Approachable and empathetic.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Comfortable interacting with partners, staff, and trainees.
