Job reponsibilities :
Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and professional networking channels.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Handle attendance tracking and salary calculations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

Job timings - Mon to Sat, 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM
