. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting payroll, employee records, and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare and manage employee records, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations and disbursements.
Maintain and update records for
PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances
.
Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll and compliance.
Maintain recruitment MIS, HR reports, and employee master data.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support HR audits and internal compliance checks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
4-5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and payroll.
Solid knowledge of
labour laws

PF/ESI/Gratuity
, and other statutory norms.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and payroll software/tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
